Whilst you can use our shared number pool to send and receive messages, these will be sent from varying numbers. Dedicated Virtual Numbers, also called virtual numbers, dedicated numbers, or long codes, look like normal mobile numbers that you can use to send and receive SMS text messages, receive MMS or forward an incoming call to any landline or mobile number. Virtual numbers allow you to send and receive messages to and from the same number, ideal for 2-way and text-in message campaigns. Virtual numbers can be leased for a monthly fee – purchase from within your touchSMS account in minutes.
Option 1 – SMS/MMS
A virtual number that will allow you to send and receive SMS and MMS from a unique number. All inbound SMS and MMS is included in your one low virtual number monthly rental. You can add rules to include forward to email or mobile handset.

A great option for any business that doesn’t necessarily need MMS but would like to give their customers the option of SMS reply or voice call from the same number. Inbound calls are forwarded to any Australian landline or mobile number. You can change the destination number quickly and easily from your touchSMS account at any time. Option 3 – SMS/VOICE
You now have the option of acquiring a mobile VoIP number from our partners and linking it to your touchSMS account. This will give you the full functionality of traditional voice calling with the convenience of SMS in a virtual environment from your touchSMS account.
