Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Our free trial gives you full access to the online platform plus 10 free credits to test drive touchSMS. Sign up any time, no card required.
Are there any setup or monthly fees?
No. You only ever pay for what you use. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees and no hidden extras.
How long does it take to set up an account?
No time at all. Every account has instant setup. Once you verify your email and mobile number you have immediate access, up and running in minutes.
What currencies are accepted?
Payments are made in AUD. To view rates for sending to numbers outside Australia, log in to your touchSMS account and go to the purchase screen.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept credit card payments by VISA and Mastercard for credits and virtual numbers. You can also use your PayPal account to purchase credits.
Can you send us a tax invoice?
Yes. Tax invoices are created automatically for every purchase made through the touchSMS platform and are downloadable from within your account.
Do credits expire?
Never. Buy credits whenever it suits you and use them at your own pace. There are no monthly minimums and nothing to lose.
What counts as one credit?
One credit sends one SMS segment, which is 160 GSM characters, or 70 if your message contains unicode such as emoji. Longer messages are split into multiple segments.
Can I get a dedicated number?
Yes. Add a virtual mobile number to send MMS and receive replies, with a small monthly rental on top of your per-message rate.
Do you offer NZ and international SMS?
Yes. New Zealand and international destinations have their own per-country rates. See the full rate card in-app or ask our team.
