What is a virtual number?
A Virtual Number is a dedicated Australian mobile number for your business. Use it to send and receive SMS and MMS, run keyword auto-replies and give customers one consistent number to reach you on.
How much does a virtual number cost?
Plans start from $10 per month (excluding GST) for SMS, $15 for SMS and MMS, and $30 for SMS with call forwarding. There are no lock-in contracts and messages are billed at your usual credit rate.
Can customers call my virtual number?
On a Call Forward plan, yes. Inbound calls are forwarded to a landline or mobile you choose. Call Forward plans include 100 minutes, with standard rates after that.
Can I receive MMS on my virtual number?
Yes. Inbound picture and multimedia messages appear in the chat thread in your touchSMS account, and receiving them is free.
How do keyword auto-replies work?
You set a keyword such as JOIN or HOURS and the response to send. When a customer texts that keyword to your number, touchSMS replies instantly and can add them to a group.
Do prices include GST?
