Secure & Streamline Your 2FA Codes with Virtual Numbers and touchSMS Integrations

In today’s digital landscape, security is non-negotiable, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) plays a crucial role in protecting accounts and sensitive information. However, managing 2FA codes across teams can be challenging, especially when multiple staff members need access to shared accounts. That’s where Virtual Numbers with touchSMS come in, offering a secure, centralised, and efficient solution for 2FA code management.

What Are Virtual Numbers for 2FA?

Virtual Numbers allow businesses to receive SMS-based authentication codes in a shared environment, ensuring the right people have access when needed. Instead of relying on individual mobile numbers, teams can use a dedicated Virtual Number to receive 2FA codes securely.

Seamless Integration with Microsoft Teams & Slack

With touchSMS, you can integrate your Virtual Number with Microsoft Teams and Slack, making 2FA code management effortless. When a verification code arrives, it is instantly delivered to a designated Teams channel or Slack workspace, ensuring your team can access it in real time without delays or miscommunication.

Why Use Virtual Numbers for 2FA?

• Centralised Access – All 2FA codes are delivered to a single, shared location, eliminating the need to forward SMS messages manually.
• Enhanced Security – Reduce the risk of unauthorised access by ensuring only approved team members can view 2FA codes.
• Faster Authentication – No more waiting for an individual to share a code; your team gets instant access to authentication codes.
• Seamless Workflow – With direct integrations into Teams and Slack, 2FA codes fit seamlessly into your existing communication tools.
