touchSMS for Microsoft
The touchSMS Microsoft integration is a series of native add-ins for Microsoft 365: Excel, Outlook, Teams and Power Automate. Each one runs inside its host app so your team never has to leave their existing workflow to send an SMS, and every message logs back to your touchSMS account for reporting.
SMS for Excel
The touchSMS Excel add-in lets you send personalised SMS to a few or thousands of contacts in minutes directly from your spreadsheet. Click, highlight the cells with your data, use merge fields to blend columns into the body, preview and send.
SMS for Outlook
Manage email and SMS side by side. Send and receive SMS directly from Outlook using the touchSMS add-in in your toolbar, without exporting data into another program or juggling windows.
SMS for Teams
Send and receive SMS from Microsoft Teams chats and connect with customers and staff wherever they are. Inbound SMS routes to the team, channel or chat you choose, and MMS is supported when paired with a virtual number.
Power Automate
Add SMS triggers and actions to your Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Dynamics workflows using the touchSMS connector for Power Automate. Trigger a flow on an inbound SMS, or fire an SMS as part of any Power Automate action chain.
