In today’s fast-paced digital world, reaching your audience where they are, on their phones, is more important than ever. That’s where the touchSMS integration for HubSpot comes in. With this seamless connection, you can now send and receive SMS directly within HubSpot, giving your messaging strategy unmatched reach and efficiency.
Why You Should Be Using SMS in HubSpot
- Unbeatable Engagement - Unlike email—where a “successful” open rate is just ~20%—SMS boasts a whopping 99% delivery rate. Even better, 90% of those messages are read within 3 minutes.
- Streamlined Workflow Integration - Messages and replies are recorded directly in the HubSpot Timeline, keeping everything in one tidy place.
- Powerfully Efficient Communications - you can send:
- One-off texts to individual contacts
- Bulk SMS broadcast through workflows
- Automated messages via workflow triggers
- True Two-Way Messaging - Engage in real-time conversations. Reply to texts directly from HubSpot and even allow contacts to initiate messages if you have a virtual number set up.
What Makes the Integration So Powerful
- Direct to Contacts & Lists
Send texts individually or in bulk to selected segments—all from inside HubSpot. - Workflow Hook-ins
Embed SMS sends as actions within existing marketing or operational workflows—perfect for automated promotions, reminders, or follow-ups. - Inbound SMS Support
Not only can you text out—contacts can reply, or "text in", and those responses will show up right in HubSpot. You can also receive MMS media messages with a virtual number. - Timeline Logging
Every SMS interaction is recorded as an event in your contact’s HubSpot timeline—ideal for auditing and context for sales or support teams. - Affordable & Transparent Pricing
tap into just-in-time messaging with transparent pricing at 5¢ per SMS, no hidden fees or lock-in contracts.
