About the Microsoft Teams integration
Why use SMS in Teams?
Your team is already in Teams, so why jump between apps to text your customers? SMS from Teams keeps everything in one place. Inbound messages and replies route straight to the chat or channel of your choice, and every message, sent and received, stays in your history. No tab switching and no lost conversations. It's great for support, customer service, marketing, or just staying on top of replies.
Two ways to SMS from Teams, both built by us
Whether you're going solo or running a customer-facing team, there's an option built for exactly that, and built right here in Australia. Both products come from the same ACMA-certified telco, with data kept in Australia, direct local routes and Sydney-based support.
