We use google ad words as our primary source of advertising and the bulk of the leads we receive come from private individuals using Gmail, Hotmail or yahoo email addresses. When we respond to these leads, we find that a large number of our email responses go to people’s junk mail and are therefore never received. In order to counteract this, the only way is to then immediately follow up the email with a text message letting the person know that we have responded and that if they can not see our email in their inbox to check their junk. This practice requires me picking up my personal or business mobile phone and manually sending a text which is a very time consuming and distracting process. I often either forget or simply do not have time and valuable leads are lost. This fantastic platform allows us to instead very quickly send a quick email template. The fact that it can be sent from a no reply sender is even better because the last thing I want to do is encourage people to send text messages responses. I also do not like divulging mobile numbers instead of our main business number.
